Hey my name is Colton Fox. My training styles involve body building, weight loss, and athletic training such as power, agility and endurance training. I received my certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I believe in pushing our minds and bodies past our perceived limits, the difficult part then becomes sustainability. As I became more in tune with my body I found balance in my training and day to day life. Every body is uniquely designed with different strengths and weaknesses, so I try to cater to each person individually.
Over my short life I have had many experiences in both sports from high school including track, swimming and football. After high school I took on body building and power lifting. I pushed my self over and over reaching goals, then encountering injuries. Along this journey I sought help from books, trainers, and coaches to help me improve my training styles. Now today, my goal is to pass on what I have learned and help you reach your desired goal.
